How to Use Dermaroller for hair regrowth?  Disinfect your roller Before you start, make sure to disinfect your roller first by letting it soak in alcohol (available at your local pharmacy store) for around 5-10 minutes.  Wash your hands and face Wash your hands thoroughly with water and soap. Then, clean your skin with a gentle pH-balanced cleanser. If you are known to be particularly sensitive to pain, consider a numbing cream after washing your face. This will be absolutely necessary if you are using longer needles. Start Rolling  Roll 10 ties horizontally and vertically at the same intensity.
