This study assesses different transportation options based on criteria such as journey time, safety, comfort, construction cost, operating cost, and townscape impact. The preferred options are analyzed, including minibus, tram, cable car, and underground railway, considering their positive and negative aspects. The findings are presented using PCA scree plot and biplot with boundary.
