  2. Project Premise Reiterated The Facilities Department has had issues with proper tracking of materials. Simply capturing materials purchases and applying them in the work order system will eliminate the wasteful spending that has been evident in this area and help to reduce costs. The initial spend for the project will be negligible because a CMMS is already in place that is capable of the tracking. The system users will just be asked to add a few steps in their work order processing.
