Food materials can be divided into fire groups Starter - Can you list the five groups Place these foods in the correct groups: Fruit bread rice milk meat fish potatoes beans starchy foods pasta Foods high in sugar vegetables drinks high in fat and/or sugar Group 1 Group 2 Group 3 Group 4 Group 5 Lesson Objective – to be able to classify food into common groups
