This is an example from a newspaper. When you copy it from MasterFILE Premier, it looks like this. It needs some work.
Idaho WIC changes eligibility rules. If there is no author, start the citation with the title of the article. Notice that for this title, only the first word and the abbreviation WIC get capital letters.
