Monitoring Process • 1) Calculation Platforms • MathCAD calculation (daily monitoring) • R—daily check • Excel—weekly update verified against R and MathCAD • 2) Calculation Verification • Janak Timilsena & Kresta Davis-Butts (Idaho Power) • 3) Weekly Forecast Meetings with Corbin Knowles and IPCo
Switch between Flow Aug and IPCo Release • Flows past Milner were split on the 7th • USBR needed 1797 cfs • Daily Average Flow was 3080 cfs • Flow Augmentation was 58% of the flow • AADFJune10th = AADFwithMilner (0.58) + AADFw/oMilner (0.42)

Hydrologic Conditions • Winter Reach Gains 300 cfs lower than last year • Summer Conditions • Cool weather has kept demand down • Flows are at minimum of record • Potatoes and Corn will be entering full demand period • Once we finish 2nd Hay cutting no more breaks in diversions
