Global – Technical structure • No big technical obstacles found in the source code • Improvements • Browser title - Suggested structure: <title>Page title – Site title</title>. • Header tags – H1, H2, H3 • W3C standards - Be as strict as possible. • Robots.txt - Should be placed in every web root.
Global – Internal Link Structure • No big obstacles found • Improvements • Sitemap - To make it easy for the SE’s, add a sitemap or a sitemap.xls could be placed in the web root. • Link sub headers on the homepage.
Global – Content Relevancy • Relevancy is good, but quantity can be improved • Points of interest • Use important key phrases – Especiallyin titles, headers and other important places. • Don’t use “Read more…” – This isn’t relevant text for the linked page. • Relevant articles - Add frequently new (news) articles.
