Long term goals • To make students proficient in mathematical skills. • Confident and well prepared students who are willing to face the challenge of the next level. • Application of 21st century student approach with the current curriculum. • To bestow students with higher-order thinking skills facilitating them in enhancing their ability to think and observe critically. • To allow students to have access to unlimited good quality of information.
Short term goals • Students should easily comprehend word problems and provide their solutions by applying previous knowledge. • Develop skills to enable them to speedily solve mental math's problems through applying variety of mathematical concepts. • Allow students to choose among the variety of teacher-provided activities and determine their own level of challenges. • Can effortlessly relate and apply the text book concepts with real life situations.

timeline Inter class and school quizzes would be arranged. Searching for examples and finding the relationship between them. August - December March January - February April - May Games and puzzles would be played through internet. Focus on making pupils familiar with the curriculum topics while developing critical thinking, understanding and mathematical skills

conclusion “Getting a change implemented and certainly making it permanent often requires alterations to organizational systems or procedures. However to survive in this era of technological change, 21st Century approaches facilitate both the teachers and students. Today’s student can differentiate well between knowing what and knowing how. The changing learning behavior and needs, thus require a teaching methodology that improves students’ thinking. This positive shift to High-Order thinking skills will assist our future innovators to face the challenges with confidence.”
