ACOs(Approving Officials & Certifying Officers) As the primary financial players in the AIR Card Program, the ACOs must certify that all charges on the Multi Services Corp invoice are correct and should be paid. Equally important, the ACOs must process the Multi Services Corp invoices promptly to ensure that the U.S. Government pays on time.
