You have questions which when answered will solve the BIG question • Find the answers to all the small questions for all the HEADINGS. (Surveys; Internet, Encarta, magazines, brochures, newspapers, books; people, e-mails, SMSs, telephone calls, etc. For survey you should have at least 5 questions given to at least 20 people. • Collect all that information, make it available to see, have the evidence of the data collected. Make summaries, highlight sections, etc. • Check and prove that all the information is correct and trustworthy and up to date. Type this up. • Keep the BIG question in focus PAT - Research project - Phase 2

Plan of report solving the BIG question • Plan the presentation of your solution in a report • Make an Outline report showing all the HEADINGS • Be sure to have an Introduction and a Conclusion • Under each Heading have paragraph headings • Under each Paragraph heading tell what you are going to say in the final report in that paragraph. Indicate where you are going to support your solution with evidence/argument with a graph from a spreadsheet, etc. Tell where and how you are going to use Access and Excel. • Create a diagram/mindmap of the report PAT - Research project - Phase 2
