Session Outline Meets same day each week for four weeks. Sessions will be held in Stamford CT. Session 1: Prospect for Listings and 2-Step (May 8) Session 2: Prospect and Present (May 15) Session 3: Customize Your Presentation (May 22) Session 4: Practice Makes Perfect (May 29) NOTE: Prospecting for listings included in every session. Constant pursuit of sellers. Wednesdays, 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
Criteria for Participation Need Sales Associates who will: • Be positive and approach this as “I want to get better and earn more $$” • Come to the office • Commit to the four sessions • Do the Assignments • Put the time and effort in
Program Components • In-between session assignments focused on prospecting for listings • Practice perfecting the presentation • Teams, accountability, tracking progress, prizes • Team Leader follows up with team and meets regularly between sessions and through next three months. • Listing Contest
