  3. Basic Outline • 0-15 Build a Relationship (the most important thing) • 15-45 Physical Analysis • 45-60 Close (Happy Times)

  4. 0-15 • First 5 just chat, let them know how the session will work. • Remember to Explain your point of difference ie; • look I could take you out on the gym floor there and get you sweating and having you all sore and exhausted, however I operate a little different to other personal trainers, I never train anyone until I have done a thorough assessment on how your body is tracking and check if you have any muscle imbalances occurring…. Do you know what muscle imbalances are??? NO…..Ok well your definitely in the right place and I will certainly be educating you on this. How does that sound? • Problem = So you want to lose 25kg of body fat, Is that correct? • Aggravate = why is it that you want to lose 25 kg of body fat? ok so what you are saying is that you are lacking energy, highly stressed, and have no confidence, Is that correct? • Aggravate some more = So if you were to do nothing about these issues, how do you think this would effect your life down the track? • Ok on the bright side of that, how are you going to feel when we achieve those goals? Awesome cause I want you to remember that feeling if anything gets tough and you feel like you cant do it….

  5. 15-45 • Basic Movement Assessment Overhead Squat This will provide us with info on how the muscles and joints interact. • It will also indicate muscle imbalances whether a muscle is over active (tight) or under active (weak), • Who would like to see this in action, preferably someone who cant overhead squat properly?

  9. 45-60 • Ask them So how did that go?? • Aggravate what they say ie; They may say “im buggered, its really hard” “yeah I know you are really out of shape, yeah you really did struggle with that” • Then reassure, “but that ok that why I am here”. • Ok so lets quickly look at how we did today……

  10. 45-60 cont (sitting down) • Stick person, to identify imbalances • Step by step diagram • Ok so this is the most exciting part …. This is were we have a solution…..Ok you are right here, You are at a place where you are tired, you don’t feel good, you haven't worn your favorite dress for years, you haven't gone out with your friends cause your scared of what people will say, and that no fun is it? • Show programs • Accountability agreement- biggest mention to reviewing the program ie; week 14 • Book them in ASAP
