  2. Introduction • Beavers are mammals they are also rodents. • Its scientific name is Castor Canadensis. • There is different kinds of beavers

  3. Physical Features • Beavers have small ears. • They also have small eyes. • Beavers have a big body. • Small arms and hands. • They have webbed feet. • Usually biggest rodent. • Beavers have a lot of fur. • They have big flat tails.

  4. Life Span/Endangered or not • Beavers are not endangered. • Their life span is 24 years.

  5. Habitat • Beavers live in Asia, Europe, Canada, and United State’s. • They have under water entrances. • They live near water and woods.

  6. Climate • Beavers live cold places. • It will snow in winter. • It can rain any time of year.

  7. Food • Beavers are herbivores. • They like leaves, bark, twigs, and roots. • They only eat plants. • They like cambium a soft tissue near the top layer of wood.

  8. Prey • The things that eat beavers are Wolfs, Otters, Foxes, Coyotes, Bears.
