Workshop SLOAC • Identify which of Skyline’s approaches are viable possibilities for your college. • Generate topics to discuss with your college’s steering committee members. • Recognize that creating a plan for implementation is a work in process and continually up for revision.
Reflective Questions • What purpose will the SLOAC serve on our campus? • How will we structure the SLOAC process? • Who should be involved in the SLOAC process? • How much on-going dedicated resource support (human and financial) will be available?
Organization, Process & Approach • Identifying the need for the SLOAC • Improve teaching and learning • Creating the SLOAC Framework • Purpose, use and implementation • Determining the structure of the SLOAC • The process and role of the SLOAC Committee • Committing resources and long-term support • Collegewide buy-in
