Regular Exercise • Keep the workout simple and at your level • Select the right weights and repetitions for you • Yoga is a good option for relaxation at any age • Exercise entire body at least three times per week • Join a class to learn the correct movements for your body
Unwinding the Mind • Drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day • At least 8 hours of restful sleep • Going for a walk to unwind • Practice breathing exercises • Listen to relaxing music • Spend time with friends
Healthy Diet Plan • Fruits and vegetables • Whole grains, like oatmeal, whole-wheat bread, and brown rice • Fat-free or low-fat milk and cheese • Seafood, lean meats, poultry, and eggs • Beans, nuts, and seeds
