  32. Cause and effect • Create a chain reflecting the events leading to the creation of the Wave through the end of the Wave. Your chain should have at least 10 connected events. I will give you the first 3 events, so you only need 7 more! Mr. Ross’s class watches a film about the Holocaust Laurie asks Mr. Ross how the German people allowed the Holocaust to happen. Mr. Ross can’t answer the question, so he begins to research to find the answer.
