What is Work Well Work Well A complete employee wellbeing programme “A wellbeing coordinator toolkit that provides pre-loaded communication materials to implement a health and wellbeing programme based on the principle of using monthly themes to engage with their staff”
How it’s been built • Optum cover more than 10 million employee households through their Employee Assistance Programmes • Aggregated the data from our systems to extract the information and topics that are most accessed by employees: • We were then able to use this information to develop themes which most impact on reducing stress and increase resilience • Used Subject Matter Experts across the business to write, edit and record the communication materials • Over a 1,000 hours of product development time spent building Work Well
