Health & Safety • If you hear the fire alarm it will not be a drill (unless Tuesday 3pm) • Fire Marshalls • First Aiders
What you need to know • For majority this programme is mandatory • This is dependent on what type of benefit you receive and the length of your claim • This is a joint effort from yourself and the Employment Adviser • You can be attached to this programme for up to 4 years • If you do not agree to attend or complete activities that you’ve been told are mandatory this could lead to your benefit being sanctioned

Products & Services • Journey – Employability course. Whole course or modules • Covers motivation, CVs,Job searching and interview techniques. Both theory and practical elements • R2S – ½ day to 2 day sector courses to up skill knowledge • R2S – Qualifications – Hospitality & Catering, CIEH Food Safety L2 • H&W – Support to manage health related barriers – including confidence, Esteem, Pain Management, Healthy Living • E-Learning – Some Training is available on-line through our customer portal

Work First • Individually tailored service • Identifying and address your barriers is first priority • EA works with you to agree an individual Action Plan • At every meeting you will have the opportunity to review progress against these actions • Includes an appropriate level of Job Searching • Time management is very important • You will be informed of any mandatory actions and consequences of not completing them
