  3. LEED Certification for Buildings Since 2006-07 the district has pursued LEED certification for its new facilities

  4. LEED - Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design • Administered by the U.S. Green Building Council • Benchmark for design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings
