Humane Management of Street Dogs for Community Benefit

Join us at the KAT Centre to reduce animal suffering and protect the human population through our Animal Birth Control program, Rescue & Treatment program, and Public Education program. Help us care for rescued street dogs and support our volunteers as they educate students, sell t-shirts, and provide daily animal care. Together, let's create a city where cruelty against animals is eliminated!

  3. The Aims of KAT • Reduce animal suffering. • Protect the human population. How? • Animal Birth Control (ABC) program: sterilization and rabies vaccinations • Rescue & Treatment program: for sick and injured street dogs and cats • Public Education program: for adults and children
