With the integration of DEPPA assessment in CS R4+ software, Denplan practices can create schemes, generate reports, complete examinations, and improve workflow for efficient patient care. The integration also allows for direct patient registration and data exchange with Denplan.

  1. Important information for Denplan practices Exclusive to CS R4+, integration is now available, making DEPPA even easier!

  2. With CS R4+, administrators can… Create as many Denplan schemes as required such as Denplan essentials and children. Colour code them for easy identification. Create specific treatment codes for Denplan patients. Edit pricing for each Denplan scheme. Access 7 standard reports for Denplan patients. Have the ability to create custom reports within R4+.

  3. Start completing DEPPA examinations from the clinical screens with CS R4+ Patients and their records are automatically matched. If a patient’s record doesn’t exist, it’s automatically created. Automated log on to the DEPPA website through secure password storage in CS R4+.

  4. DEPPA patient questions can be answered on our electronic signature pad by the patient Meaning no duplicate entries.

  5. When you launch DEPPA examination screens Information gathered in CS R4+ will populate 19 of the clinical questions automatically. You can build your clinical notes. You can access DEPPA examination data.

  6. Provide your patient with a printout of their DEPPA examination …or email, if the patient has supplied their email address.

  7. When the DEPPA report is either printed or emailed to the patient… It will automatically save in the patient’s communications tab in CS R4+ as a record of providing the report to the patient.

  10. Direct Patient Registration: Register patients for Denplan directly from the patient record screen. Simply click on the Online Registration button from schemes tab in CS R4+. Register individuals or family groups. Auto populate the registration website. Receive confirmation through the Patient Data Exchange feature.

Patient Data Exchange Link your Denplan patients to those held at Denplan for daily updates on patient info Select a patient in CS R4+ and know whether they have paid their Denplan fees or not - before you see them Ensure the patient demographics are kept up-to-date by receiving and sending changes to Denplan Be made aware of the patients who have moved away but not updated their address details with the practice or with Denplan Register a patient with Denplan from within the patient’s clinical chart
