THE OBJECTIVES OF THE TRAINING • 1) To help the FGBFMI Ghana see the harvest and the urgency to reap the harvest • 2) To demonstrate some faster and more strategic avenues of reaping the harvest • 3) To raise labourers who can buy into a) Market Place Outreaches(MPO) b) Fire Team Operations(FTO) c) City Storm

  3. OUR CURRENT TERRAIN • TIMES AND SEASONS The reality of the end times The world wide shaking. Hag 2:6-7 Economies, Disorder of existing structures, confusion, suicides from perceived successful and unsuccessful people • --Ripe Harvest—Mk 9:35-38 • --People Hungry for spiritual reality • --- People contending with false hopes and promises( Riches,Health,Peace,Marriages,Children)

  4. Contention for Men’s hearts and soul as part of the last days • Distractions through our fast moving society—The rise and quest for pleasure-2 Tim 3; 4 The implication of which is less time for God 4) The weakness of the current church or denomination structure. 5) The rise of cults and false religions especially among the upper class to feel the vacuum ---- Christian Science, Yoga, Eckankar, Grail Message,Resicrucians etc

  5. FGBMFI RELEVANCE AS MARKET PLACE MINISTRY IN GOD’S AGENDA • ‘’For years we have sought after the transformation of cities. We have prayed, held pastor prayer conferences, prayer walked our cities etc. Still not one US city has been transformed. Why is this? I feel I finally know the answer to that question. It lies in the fact that pastors and church leaders do not hold the authority in the cities where the change must originate Business and government leaders hold that authority. So, until we in the church equip and release the apostles in the workplace, we will never see our cities transformed by Jesus Christ’’ DR C PETER WAGNER

  6. RELEASING OUR DORMANT RESOURCES IN CHAPTERS • Membership from diverse Profession and callings. • Finances • Capitalising on our influence in the society • Capacity for individual and corporate outreaches ( A demand on every FGBMFI member)

  7. THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX • The terrain for fishing is getting more dynamic(Col 4;5MSG) ‘’Use your heads as you live and work among outsiders. Don’t miss a trick. Make the most of every opportunity’’
