What does it mean? • To conjugate means to change the verb so that it agrees with the subject. • English verbs are also conjugated, but not so elaborately. • Can you conjugate an English verb?

les verbes -er Here it goes… First, drop the –er at the end of the infinitive. This is called the stem. For example, aimer becomes aim, jouer becomes jou. Then, write the endings. Notice that the endings change. The stem stays the same.
