A reduction in the number of people killed and seriously injured by 33% by 2020 (compared to baseline average 2004 –2009 of 90 KSIs per year) i.e. target of 75 by 2015 and 60 by 2020 A reduction in the number of children killed and seriously injured by 50% by 2020 (compared to baseline average 2004 –2009 of 18.5 KSIs per year) i.e. target of 14 by 2015 and 9 by 2020 Headline targets
