Droichead- Induction • Integrated professional induction framework for (NQTs). • Droichead includes school-based and professional learning activities • 60 days—primary • 200 hours post-primary • Aim -support professional learning of NQTs during induction phase, laying foundations for growth and learning for next phase of their career. • Professional Support Team (PST)— • 4 days release time • 22 hours for CPD • Support from NIPT
