Summary Report) • Review integration activities at the local level • Work collaboratively through current obstacles • Generate ideas for ongoing integration planning and implementation activities • Discuss measuring impact of integration work • Receive technical assistance as integration activities are developed and/or implemented Meeting 1

Integration Learning Collaborative (ILC)Review of what we know • Primary care integration is the collaboration between SUD service providers and primary care providers (e.g., FQHC’s, CHC’s) • Collaboration can take many forms along a continuum* MINIMAL BASIC At a Distance BASIC On-Site CLOSE Partly Integrt CLOSE Fully Integrt Coordinated Co-located Integrated Meeting 1
