  4. Discrimination Actions against an individual or group based on prejudice to do with race/age/class etc.

  5. Sexism Discriminating against people because of their gender (being male or female)

  6. Multi-ethnic society Many different races and cultures living together in one society

  7. Ethnic minority A member of and ethnic group (race) which is much smaller than the majority group

  8. Racism Discriminating against people based on the belief that some races are superior to others

  9. Racial harmony Many different races or ethnic groups living together happily

  10. Multi-faith society Many different religions living together in one society

  11. Interfaith marriages Marriage where the husband and wife are from different religions

  12. Religious freedom The right to practise your religion in any manner you choose (if lawful)

  13. Religious pluralism Accepting all religions as having an equal right to coexist
