  4. Procedures • Qualification for a grade 10 position would generallyrequire 50% or more of the patient population served by the RN position to receive higher level procedures.

  5. Current State of R.N. Transitions • Grade 9s – 17 of 38 have successfully transitioned (45%) • Grade 10s – 8 of 20 have successfully transitioned (40%) • Overall – 43%

  6. Timeline Reminder 4/6/14 – Earliest effective date of changes 7/1/14 – Complete RN transitions by end of fiscal year Last payroll of FY14 begins 6/22/14
