  2. What a rollover should include • Include staffing with pay codes (D1, D2, PD2, D4, D9-see handout). • Check comments • Both cross-listed courses should be listed and noted on the rollover. • Make sure both courses have the same information. • Check CAPS on classes, each discipline can be different. • Check times of classes, make sure enough time is built into the class. • Make sure that dates reflect according to the type of class.

  3. Things to know • Changes should be done in RED. • Typed or hand written if legible. • Rollover will only be accepted from Dept. Chairs. • Please hand your entire rollover in at one time multiple rollovers create room for error. Pretty Please Do Not: • Delete or replace info on the rollover.
