Going Home. When the bell rings for home time it’s usually 3:20pm, except for Wednesdays when its 2:20pm. I will need to take care of a few things. Pack up your bag because its your responsibility. Your work mates won’t be packing up your bag either one day. Hmm, I didn’t bring my maid.

When the bell rings for home time it’s usually 3:20pm, except for Wednesdays when its 2:20pm. I will need to take care of a few things. • Pack up your bag because its your responsibility. Your work mates won’t be packing up your bag either one day.
Hmm, I didn’t bring my maid. • Clean up your desk. Put all your rubbish in the bin. Nope, your teacher does not like squishy bananas or touching your left over food
And paper • Any left over scrap paper put in the recycling bin. You don’t want your desk to disappear or become a fire hazard.
Now your ready to leave the room • If you have a long trip home you may want to stop at the toilet. You don’t want to be stuck in traffic and pulling the “I need to go bad face”.
I need to get to the pick up area • You don’t want to miss your bus or make someone wait too long for you. The teachers really don’t wont to drive extra kilometres to take you home and neither willyour parents because you were late to the pick up area.
I need to walk to the pick up area • Walk along the footpaths to the waiting / pick up area.
Time to wait • Wait and watch near the supervising staff. Don’t talk to anyone you don’t know. If your lift does not turn up after ten minutes talk to a teacher or go to the office.
Now I am on my way • When your lift arrives say goodbye to your friends and have a lovely afternoon.
