  1. WHY PROJECT FAILS • Projects often fail at the beginning, not the end. • Projects seldom fail because of tools. They fail because of people. Projects are people. • No clarity of goals and general direction. • Dr Pramod B Shrestha

  2. WHY PROJECT FAILS • Very little support from the top management. • No system of monitoring and feedback. • Inadequate initial planning and problem recognition (poor planning). Dr Pramod B Shrestha
