  3. Preparing for the NDIS • Hunter NDIS trial site account for approx. 75% of • our client base! • Block funding Invoicing for services

Key Learnings • Streamline administration processes • Integration of systems (Financials and CRM) • Introducing new critical positions (where required) • Understand your costs (direct and indirect) • Pricing and Invoicing need ongoing streamlining • Cash Flow Management • Educate Staff on changes taking place • Communicate to staff regularly • Expect existing issues to be resolved before • the National rollout due in 2017
