25. 流行情况總結Conclusion(一) • 累計HIV個案，非本地居民佔大多數(286例，67%)，娛樂場所非本地員工有215例；本地居民141例(33%)。 Non- local residents (286 infection cases, 67%), Entertainment imported workers( 215 cases); Local residents( 141 cases, 33%). • 屬低發病率地區。 At low HIV prevalence

26. 流行情况總結Conclusion(一) • 過去病例以非本地居民為多，本地居民感染率有上升的趨勢，以男性佔大多數。 Over the years, the infection rate of non- local residents was higher. In recent year, the infection rate of local residents recorded a significant increase, mainly the male. • 在非本地居民中，以異性性接觸為主要傳播途徑。In non- local residents, the transmission route is mainly heterosexual.

27. 流行情况總結Conclusion(二) • 在本地居民中，以20-49男性佔大多數，靜脈注射和異性性接觸仍為主要傳播途徑，經男男性接觸感染的個案在近年有上升趨勢。 In local residents, the majority falls on male, age of 20 to 39. IDU and heterosexual still are the main transmission route, but homosexual appears to be a rising trend.

28. 流行情况總結Conclusion(三) • 孕婦，囚犯和結核病人中發現的HIV感染者均很少。在娛樂場所非本地員工方面，檢出的陽性數有下降趨勢。在吸毒人士監測方面，其陽性率為各個監測群體中最高。 The prevalence in antenatal women, prisoners and TB patients are all very low. It appears a decreasing trend on HIV prevalence among the EIW. The highest prevalence rate is found in IDU group.

29. 流行情况總结Conclusion(三) • 流行的亞型類別是多種類性的。Diverse in HIV-1 subtype. • CRF01_AE重組亞型是主要毒株(佔52.0%)，其次分別為B亞型(佔17.0%)及東南亞地區很少發現的CRF12_BF亞型亦佔14.3%；CRF07_BC 和CRF08_BC則共佔8.2%。 CRF01_AE is the most common subtype identified(52%),then is B (17%) and CRF12_BF(14.3%) which is seldom found in South-East Asia; CRF07_Bc and CRF08_BC (8.2%) • CRF12_BF重組亞型存在一個組群(Cluster)，感染者 全部為吸毒人士，通過共用針具散播。 A cluster of CRF12_BF is found in IDUs.

30. 流行情况總结Conclusion(三) 本澳愛滋病流行除了受鄰近地區的流行情况影响外，獨特的歷史背景、口跨境移動是影響的重要因素。 The HIV epidemiology in Macau is mainly affected by the situation of neighboring cities; and also, the factors of specific historic background and human mobility.
