e-CFund’s Administrative Site The administrative site of e-CFund is where your organization’s staff will configure e-CFund for use by agencies and volunteers, track and manage data, and generate reports. • The administrative site is accessed through the internet • https://admin.e-cfund.com • To access the administrative site you must have an administrative user account. • Different people in your organization may have access to different information on the Administrative Site based on the permissions granted to their user account.
Navigating the Admin Site:The Navigation Tree The primary menu of e-CFund’s Administrative Site is a Navigation Tree divided into major sections where your work will focus. Depending on your administrative permissions you will see all or just a sub-set of these sections. The major sections of the Navigation Tree can be expanded to view their sub-sections. The major navigation sections are: • Organizations • Collaborators • Profile Management • Impact Agenda • Impact Areas • Investments • Website Tools • Reporting • Users / Roles
Navigating the Admin Site:Through the Pages While the Navigation Tree is used to access major and sub-sections of the Administrative Site, detail is accessed through lists, tabs, and pages. • Lists • Searching • Paging • Double Click for quick access • Tabs / Pages • Logical separators of content • Common links / Icons • Save / Update • Cancel / Return • Add a new Item • View Selected Item • Delete Selected Item • Easy Support Contact • Create an email to support directly from the Admin Site. 4
Exploring the Admin Site - Organizations Your Organization Profile contains basic information about your organization. In addition to your organization's basic profile information you are able to maintain your organization's address, phone and email address information. Information contained in the organization’s profile is also used for: • Default ‘from’ email address for system generated emails • Staff Liaisons
Exploring the Admin Site - Collaborators Share the system with other funders in your community, promoting your organization as the community impact leader. e-CFund is designed for configuration of separate investment processes for collaborating entities. Other funders in your community may be granted administrative access to their own subsets of data including: • Agencies, programs, and volunteers • Investments and investment reporting processes • Events • Content areas including news items and resource center items. 6

Exploring the Admin Site - What are ‘Groups’ Profile Management e-CFund provides the ability to community with pre-defined groups of agencies and volunteers through email, news items published to the agency or volunteer website, documents posted to the resource center, meeting / event management, and site visit management. • Agency • Volunteer 8
Exploring the Admin Site - What are ‘Profiles’ Profile Management A “Profile” is an element of your e-CFund database that contains current and historical information for an Agency, a Program (which belongs to an agency) or a Volunteer. A profile will house current and former names, organizational specific account codes, multiple address, phone and email types, contact information, investment alignments, statements and comments. • Agency • Program • Volunteer 9

Exploring the Admin Site - Reports / Exports Reports Data available through the reports section is based on defined features of the system; profile and group data, form submission status, allocations, and site visits. Exports Data available through the exports section is based on data gathered on forms in the investment process. Sharing (Association) Both reports and exports may be enabled and shared with other Administrative Users, Agency users, and Volunteer users. 13
