  1. THE SOCIAL MEDIA TECHNOLOGY PYRAMID The kind of information produced, how it is produced, and why it is produced are what distinguish each social network. Users share a wide range of content on various social networks for several reasons. Social media sites are constantly changing, and so are Social Media Marketing Companies, which alter the information we disclose. TikTok and Snapchat have further accelerated these developments. Snap CEO Evan Spiegel was questioned about TikTok in a January interview. He provided a relatively open response by stating that he "loves TikTok" and is a "huge fan." He continued by discussing how TikTok differs from other social networks regarding the technical platform. In his mind, there are three layers to the concept of social technology. ● Communication: Self-expression, chatting to friends, and close connections more frequently. This is where Messenger and Snapchat are located. ● Status: A lower frequency than communication; it lets others know who you are and that you're cool. The finest example here is Instagram. ● Talent: Producing more material with a lower frequency to amuse others. Consider YouTube and TikTok. The amount of time and effort required to produce material increases as you move up the pyramid, but the frequency with which it is created decreases. On Snapchat, sending a detailed image, video, or text is simple. It can be a little work. There are few mental obstacles. Learning a TikTok dance or investing the time necessary to create a more professional YouTube video is significantly more difficult. Because "people only do something 'awesome' once a week or once a month and not necessarily every day," according to Spiegal, Status material has less appeal. The proportion of content producers to content consumers is a crucial component of this pyramid. At the pyramid's base, production and consumption are almost equal for everyone. The potential audience grows as you move up the pyramid, but the number of individuals producing the material declines. For most users, talent social networks offer more of a lean-back experience. Social media platforms are leaned-in during communication. There is more conversation and participation.

  2. Application of the Social Media Pyramid Start by monitoring and establishing your online persona before implementing social media in your business. What has information about my business, name, goods, or services been published? Is there really not much going on? Do you understand what's happening? Be prepared to listen when you are. Try to consult a Social Media Marketing Agency, and if you’re based in Delhi, then Social Media Agencies in Delhi. Listening involves more than simply keeping an eye on your online reputation; it also involves becoming ready to take action. Responding is a crucial step in the Social Media Pyramid. The act of responding or commenting can take many different forms. Inform the public that you exist and take inquiries, grievances, comments, etc., seriously. While it is frequently necessary to answer, it is sometimes prudent to remain silent. Do you also own the tools required to manage all incoming requests? Then it's time to create and offer value. An N-to-1 relationship can be used to describe monitoring. You are dealing with a one-on-one interaction where the transmitting and receiving parties switch places for listening and replying (listening: organization is the recipient, responding: organization is the sender). You may reach out to us as Social Media Marketing Companies in Delhi. Our skilled team provides Social Media Marketing Services to all our customers with their vast knowledge and care. It is appreciated how well this theory explains the recent development of brand personas on Twitter. Given that Twitter belongs more in the Communication tier than the Talent tier, it stands to reason that businesses that can use the site to have more in-depth, meaningful conversations are succeeding. Compare your social media campaign to the pyramid. Do your predictions about how viewers will interact with your material on each channel line up?
