Cultivating Witness Consciousness • Daily Practice: Make it a habit to consciously return to the space of witnessing. • Observing the Play: Step back, refrain from judging, critiquing, or analyzing, and simply observe. • Understanding through Observation: In the act of observing, deeper understanding arises, leading to clarity. • Intimacy with the Observer: Deepen your connection with the one who watches everything and knows everything.
