Guinness World Record Category: Person Who CuredHimself World's Fastest Chronic Lyme Disease, Self-Cured in just 53Days Rob Matthies, an award-winning inventor in Vancouver, seeks to be recognized with a Guinness World Record status for achieving the fastest self-cure from chronic Lyme disease in the world. Matthies’ innovative methods helped him cure himself in just 53 days. His achievement has been authenticatedby eight independent medical professionals. The impressive journey Matthies made, which he chronicled every step of the way, earned him the recognition of being called “a modern-day Thomas Edison” by the Sun Peak News. As he suffered, he utilized his time by studying the Yolanda Hadid caseand reading about the studies of Will Wiegman, PhDin cyto-biology. It only took him 53 days to cure himself, and for a meager expense of roughly$2,500. According to a recent article by NBC News, the CDC says tickborne diseases like Lyme disease have hit a record high. As Lyme disease has always been difficult to diagnose as well as treat, Matthies’ record-breaking and effective cure is cause for recognition in both speed andeffectiveness. Matthies has given many free talks on Lyme disease and how he discovered an effective cure in just 53 days. By inducting him into the Guinness World Records, this added achievement will help spread the word of his cure and can help countless others afflicted with Lyme disease, both currently as well as in thefuture.
