  4. Just changed • managed thru our medical dept • We will be consolidating to one process and vendor. • no dedicated acct rep / hard to reach / not pleased with customer service • Are happy. 1 day turnaround would be ideal though. We are nat'l company and FL does a great job on a national basis.
