  2. The Bid • Successful in Round 1 • Unique in supporting a region rather than a sector • Collaboration • £1.1m available to support development and awareness • 600 places to be created in 3 years • Follow approved frameworks of learning • Includes work based competence and knowledge

  3. The Framework Frameworks contain: • NVQ at Level 4 or 5 • Technical Knowledge at HNC, HND or Fd • Maths and English at L2 • Employment Rights • PLTS

  4. The Current Offer Available in: • Engineering – Level 4 and Level 6 • Accounting • Business and Administration • Construction • IT and Telecoms • Management and Leadership All eligible to study these frameworks, but only some are eligible for support towards costs from NAS

  5. The Current Offer Available from: • Engineering – City of Bristol and UWE • Accounting – Weston, Bristol and SGS • Business Administration – Weston, Bristol, Norton, SGS • Computing – Norton, Bath, Bristol • Management – Bristol, Weston

  6. Advanced Manufacture Led by SEMTA • NVQ 4 in Operational Leadership • Choice of Technical Learning • Fd from UWE in Aeronautical Manufacture • Fd from Plymouth in Mechatronics • HNC Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering
