LONI Pipeline Integration/ UNC shape analysis 2007 Project Half Week Plan/Expected Challenges/Publication Team Algorithms, Software Development: Create a workflow in LONI pipeline that wraps around a new set of UNC shape analysis executables. Develop, provide interface for executing the workflow on the LONI grid. Continuation of last programming week. Discuss Slicer3 integration, eg: Pipeline v4 batch mode operation .
