  1. The birthday cheesecake. Teacher: Ewa Matuszczak & 6 y.o.

  2. All children like celebrating birthday. In May three girls have their sixth birthday. Their names are: Adrianna, Malwinka and Adrianna.

  3. All group prepare birthday party. Some of children make presents, others make a cake and others arrange the program of the party. All are very busy. • Remember: • Before the doing of the dough you must wash palms. • After baking the dough you must wash all dishes. • Cool it down before eating.

  4. Here we will show you how we made a cake from the white cheese.

  5. ingredients DOUGH: 1/2 cub sugar 1 egg 0,3 kG flour 0,125kG butter 1 tea-spoon of the baking powder 1) Mix well all the ingredients. On a floured surface, roll out the dough into the shape of a rectangle. 2) NOW: preheat oven to 350 degrees and make filling

  6. FILLING: 1 kG. Farmer's cheese8 eggs, separated1/2 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbs. coconut chips 2 c. sugar 0,125 kG butter 0,5 cub sugar

  7. 3) Mix egg yolks with sugar and vanilla and butter. Add farmer’s cheese. Add pudding blender with milk. 4) Beat egg white the froth - rigidly. Add 1 pack the coconut chips Mix softly and put on the cheese.

  8. We separate from egg white of yolk

  9. 8 egg yolks

  10. We mix egg yolks

  11. We mix pudding with sugar and milk

  12. We mix egg yolks with sugar and vanilla and butter. We add farmer’s cheese.We Add pudding blender with milk.

  13. We put cheese filling on the dough

  14. We beat 8 egg whites stiff.

  15. We beat egg white the froth - rigidly. We add 1 pack the coconut chips and mix softly and put on the cheese.

  16. We put froth on the filling cheese and bake the cake about 50 minutes.
