Sprite with ice and StonesExperiment Maryam noureldin
Materials • Sprite. • Ice • Stones • 2 cups
hypothesis • My hypothesis is that the bigger the object whether ice or stone are the more the sprite will fizz
Explanation of hypothesis • I think my hypothesis is true because I know that soft drinks are a liquid chemical and there for when a solid attacks the chemical combination's stability it blows up and since the bigger the attack the bigger the explosion then the bigger the object, the more fizz the drink will make.
steps • Step1:get two cups and put them on the floor make sure there is a sheet under them
Step 2: • get two cups and put them on the floor make sure there is a sheet under them so nothing spills on the ground.
step 3: • get a big stone and drop it gently in the cup that doesn’t have ice in it then wait and observe what will happen.
Conclusion: • I conclude that my hypothesis was right because when i did the experiment, I noticed that when I added the ice there was very little fizz, because the size was small but when I added the stone it got a lot fizzier and blew up.
