Announcements • Meeting Time: Weekly meetings will occur on Thursdays from 2:00 – 3:30 PM ET • Initiative Charter: In order to get more feedback on the Initiative Charter, we are extending the deadline for consensus voting to COB on Friday, April 20.  Use the wiki to review the document and cast your vote • When providing comments please make sure your feedback is actionable • Tiger Team Activity Update: The Tiger Team will continue to meet over the next several weeks to help prepare the LOI work products for the larger community’s review and approval. If you are interested in assisting with these efforts please email Merideth at merideth.c.vida@accenture.com

F2F Recap • Approximately 30 community members attended the LOI sessions • 3 sessions focused on Use Case validation • Good progress was made; the discussions will continue on weekly calls • 4 sessions focused on Tiger Team LOI/LRI alignment • The group conducted IG segment analysis and data element review • Notes from all of the F2F sessions can be found on the wiki (http://wiki.siframework.org/S%26I+2012+Face+to+Face+%28F2F%29+Meeting+-+LOI+Meetings) • All of the F2F parking lot and action items have been pulled into a single document. These items can be found on the LOI home page under the Action Item table
