3. EnhancementRequests • Access • Pre-fill the “Information that the child may be Native American…” radio button on the Narrative tab

4. Enhancement Requests • The Yes button will pre-fill if any participant with the Relationship of ‘Bio Child’ or ‘Adopted Child’ is identified in the system as Native American. The No button is only selected by the user. Unknown is the default

Enhancement Requests • Access • Add a link to ICWA Contacts on the KWeb • Enhancement to Access Report will include a hyperlink on the page that will launch list of ICWA Contacts stored on the Knowledge Web • Person Management • Record tribe enrollment information with Membership Numbers for two tribes

Enhancement Requests • Person Management continued: • Add a ‘Clan’ field that will pre-fill to the Notice of Involuntary Custody document • Change ‘Tribal Reference #’ to ‘Tribal Membership #’ • Enhancement to Person Management will add dropdown fields to record the person’s status with the tribe and fields for the user to enter the name of the Clan.

Enhancement Requests • Assessment • Add pop up to remind user to complete the Screening document • The enhancement will add a pop up upon Save reminding users to launch the ICWA page in order to complete the screening. The enhancement will place the screening questions on the ICWA page and it will have a launch point on the Assessment

8. Enhancement Requests • ICWA Page • Contains the fields from the ICWA documents; Child’s Biological & Family History, Notice of Custody, Request for Confirmation, and Screening. Some fields will be repeatable with Insert button. Documents will then pre-fill from this page • Page will utilize Copy Over functionality that will copy most of the data on the online page to another participant in the case • Fields will not freeze upon save, there is no approval on the online page

Enhancement Requests • ICWA Page continued: • The data that has been documented for the child can be displayed when the page is launched from any case where the child is a participant • Options dropdown can launch the 5 ICWA documents that are currently in Create Case Work [Child’s Bio Fam Hist, Notice of Custody, Request for Confirmation, Screening, VPA] • Potential launch points – Assessment & Actions hyperlink?...

Enhancement Requests • Templates • Child’s Biological & Family History, Notice of Custody, Request for Confirmation, and Screening templates will pre-fill from data entered on the ICWA page or found elsewhere in the system. No data will be entered directly on these templates • Change mapping of the ICW Cover Letter to pre-fill thename of the person launching the document instead of the assigned access worker (CR-27254)

Enhancement Requests • Templates continued • Add a tickler or pop up to complete the Confirmation of Child’s Indian Status and the Child’s Biological and Family History documents if question 1 & 2 on the Screening doc are “Yes” - The enhancement will put these questions on the ICWA page and the tickler or pop up will derive from there

Enhancement Requests • Templates continued • Remove Approval from Confirmation of Child’s Indian Status and the Child’s Biological and Family History documents • Pre-fill ‘Tribal Affiliation’ on the Notice of Involuntary Custody Involving Indian doc and add a field for Tribe/Clan (in Child, Mother, and Father fields) – Clan field will pre-fill from new field in Person Management

Placement • Move the ‘ICWA Placement Provider Options’ group box from the OHSP to the Placement Page, pre-fill the ‘Child is an Indian…’ checkbox, add a date field for the questions, make fields required if box is checked and Case Type is CPS, JIPS, or CW • This will be a new tab on the Placement Page

24. Enhancement Requests • Provider • Add a “Tribal Sanctioned” checkbox with the tribe name on the Provider record

25. Provider continued • Add ‘Tribe Sanctioned’ as a Provider Search criteria

Enhancement Requests • Legal • Enhancement will include a hyperlink on the Legal page that launches a list of expert witnesses stored on the Knowledge Web • EW Reports • ICWA Notification Statewide Summary – change header to “Dept. of Children and Families Division of Safety & Permanence” • Change data retrieval methods to not count tribal status when status is not confirmed
