  5. Applicant Request • The applicant is requesting a 20 year renewal of an existing special use permit to allow for • a clean debris excavation and fill operation as • shown on the Master Site Plan.

  6. Staff Recommendation Staff finds the proposed request consistent with the Alachua County Comprehensive Plan and Unified Land Development Code. Staff recommends that the Commission approve the special use permit with the conditions and bases as stated in the Staff Report.
