  1. Rosemary & Cumin • Grind the dried leaves and spread it around where cat is sleeping. • You can boil dried rosemary leaves and strain the leaves. Apply it on the coat of your pet.

  2. Dish Soap • Dish soap kills fleas within minutes. Dish soap is very effective remedy. • Apply dish soap into his/her fur and rinse it. Don’t use it often as it can create issues.

  3. Cedar Chips • Cats hate the smell of cedar chips. Don’t use cedar oil as it can be harmful for your cat. • You can spread cedar chips around your cat’s bedding or in gardens.

  4. Coconut Oil • Coconut oil shine up coat, soothe itchy skin, kills fleas and external parasites. • First bath your pet with flea shampoo then apply oil over damp fur.   5. Lemons • Citric acid is the most effective flea killer. It is the best remedy for fleas. • Spray your cat’s bedding by boiling a cut lemon. Avoid applying it to cat’s fur as it can be harmful if ingested.

  6. Oregano Oil • Oregano oil is effective in removing fleas. Be sure to use small amounts to prevent your cat from ingesting. • Mix one tea spoon of oregano oil with three tea spoons of olive oil and apply where the fleas are present.

  7. Apple Cider Vinegar • Fleas will jump off from your cat’s body with apple cider vinegar. • Mix apple cider vinegar with water in a ratio of 2:1 and spray it onto your cat’s coat.

  8. Flea Comb • These combs are very fine with closely spaced teeth that removes fleas physically from your cat’s coat. • Keep soapy water with you so you can dunk fleas into soapy water.

  9. Lavender & Chamomile • Keep lavender steep in water overnight then strain the liquid and apply it on cat’s fur. • Steep the chamomile tea after it’s fully cooled and apply it on your cat’s coat.
