Search the IESE Library Catalog to find books in the IESE Libraries. You can place a hold on (reserve) books that are on loan to other library users
3.Click on the “Place hold” button to send your request. The Holds screen appears, click OK 1. Enter your Library User ID and PIN 2. Choose which Library you would like to collect the hold (Barcelona or Madrid)
Cancel unwanted holds… Your User ID is the 10-digit number on the back of your Student / Alumni card. For a reminder of your PIN contact us 1. Click User Services > My Account > My loans, holds & requests > Enter your Library user ID and PIN to review your account 2. Click on the titles that you want to cancel and click on the “Cancel selected holds” button
Don’t Forget… • You will need your Library User ID (Students: bar code number on IESE ID card; Members: on membership card; and Faculty: contact us) and PIN (notified by email, subject: Library Notice-). You only can place a hold on books that are currently on loan. • When a copy is available for you to collect you will be notified by email. • If the book hasn’t been collected one week after the notice was send the reserve will be cancelled automatically. • Ask for help at the Library desk if any items fail to be reserved of if you don’t know your Library User ID and PIN
