  3. Step 1: Activation • Must partner with a computer • More than one partnership can be established, but watch out for conflicts! • Register the iPad • Link with a valid Itunes account

  5. Wifi issues... • Some published issues with DHCP client not properly renewing. This can be dealt with by shutting system down and then restarting. A “true” fix will likely come with iOS4. • The iPad may have arguments over dominance of Wifi and Cellular service, so deactivate 3G when not using it...

  6. AT&T Cellular • Month to month; No contract! • You are responsible for paying for it • 2 levels: • Data per month: Price per month • 250MB: $14.99 • 2GB: $25 • One month is based on 30 consecutive days, and starts at the date and time of your purchase.

  7. Mail • Connects to a single Exchange account at this time • Multiple email accounts generally • More impressive email capabilities coming with iOS4... • multiple exchange • threading messages
