This regional platform aims to promote responsible fishing practices and combat IUU fishing in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Intergovernmental and NGO partnerships, along with regional action plans, facilitate cooperation among countries. Key organizations include CTI-6, ASEAN, SEAFDEC, APEC-FWG, WCPFC, FFA, SPC, UNEP-COBSEA, and APFIC.
