Goal 1: Hardware for the 21st Century • Create technology-fueled learning communities where every classroom is equipped for 21st Century learning with laptops, iPads,, digital cameras (still and video), and SMARTboard/projector/document camera station. • Find sustainable, ongoing technology funding sources for hardware purchases.

Our SuccessesPart I • Received two Reso A grants through Councilwoman Mendez. • Totaling over $215,000! • ALL classrooms have SMARTboards or Promethean Boards. • We have Mac laptops in carts for each cohort. • ALL classrooms have a new desktop computer.
Our SuccessesPart II • Recently received another grant through Councilwoman Mendez to refurbish the library, update the technology there for a listening center, a Promethean board, a moveable board. The funding will also allow us to replace all of the SMARTboards that are more than a year old with new Promethean boards, allowing us to better connect with the library and classroom work. • Totaling $200,000
